Challenge

Leave behind: To highlight Trapeze as thought leaders.

ABM: To mitigate the chance of going to an RFP (or to set up the RFP to be more inclined to go in our favour).

Solution

Leave behind: Showcase our thoughts on the potential future of public transportation.

ABM: The solution sheet was directed at a singular client to show the value of integration over interfacing. Since they already had a majority of our products, going with a different provider for ITS could cause problems for them in the future.

Outcome

FWTA (now known as Trinity Metro) did eventually purchase TransitMaster (Trapeze’s ITS system) through RFP.
